4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable platform policies (including Meta)
  • Ensure your AI agent does not mislead users
  • Monitor AI-generated responses

You are fully responsible for:

  • Content sent through your AI agent
  • Interactions with end users

5. Platform Compliance (Meta and Messenger)

When using Facebook Messenger integration, you agree to:

  • Comply with Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies
  • Obtain any required user consent before messaging
  • Not misuse or store data beyond permitted use
  • Not send spam or unsolicited messages

Violation may result in suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Replage to:

  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages
  • Engage in harassment or abusive behavior
  • Distribute illegal or harmful content
  • Violate privacy or data protection laws
  • Impersonate others or mislead users

7. AI Disclaimer

You acknowledge:

  • AI responses may be incorrect or incomplete
  • Human review may be required
  • You are responsible for final outputs

We are not liable for damages caused by AI-generated content.

8. Data Usage

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • You grant us a limited license to process data to provide the Service

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

Replage depends on external platforms (for example, Messenger).

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • API changes
  • Policy changes

10. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid plans may apply
  • Fees are billed in advance
  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:
